A bird watcher's delight, we are nestled hillside, in the city yet in the country, overlooking Lake Okanagan and the Marina. Location, location, location....it is a 5 minute stroll to the beach, downtown Penticton amenities, colourful Front Street, Farmer's markets & the KVR/Trans Canada Trail. Step out the front door, hop in the car, & whisk yourself up Vancouver Avenue to tour the Naramata Bench wineries, 23 within a 15 minute drive, some are walking distance. Hiking biking, swimming, golfing & skiing abound in this 4 Seasons playground.
